Shipping Policy

BOSOM TOWEAR ships worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. Shipping cost and delivery estimate are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address:

• Thailand — ฿50, 1–3 business days
• Asia-Pacific — ฿350, 5–10 business days
• Rest of World — ฿600, 7–14 business days

Free shipping is applied automatically once your order subtotal reaches your region's threshold (฿4,000 Thailand / ฿8,000 Asia-Pacific / ฿12,000 Rest of World).

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. Thai domestic orders ship via Kerry Express or Flash Express. International orders ship via tracked courier.

Prices at checkout are charged in Thai Baht (THB) and do not include any import duty, VAT/GST, or customs clearance fee your country may charge on arrival — these are set by your local customs authority, not by us, and are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is held for customs charges, your courier will contact you directly to arrange payment before final delivery.

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive tracking details by email and/or Instagram DM once your order ships. Public holidays in Thailand may add 1–2 extra processing days.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window above, message us on Instagram with your order confirmation and we'll trace it with the courier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
