Wrong, damaged, or defective item

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery via Instagram DM with your order confirmation and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice, and we cover return shipping in this case.

Change of mind / wrong size

We accept exchanges for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached. Message us on Instagram to arrange it. The customer covers return shipping for size exchanges; we cover shipping the replacement back out.

Limited-run and collaboration pieces marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for size exchange or refund unless the item arrives defective — this will always be stated clearly on the product page before you buy.

Authenticity guarantee

Every item is inspected and verified authentic before it leaves our hands. If you ever believe an item you received from BOSOM TOWEAR is not authentic, contact us immediately — we will investigate and issue a full refund if the claim is confirmed, no exceptions.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (or confirming the issue, for defective/authenticity claims). Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the credit.

How to start a return

There's no self-serve return portal yet — message @bosomtowear on Instagram with your order confirmation, the item(s) involved, and the reason. We'll walk you through the next steps directly.
